I'm not sure, Kia is not stupid, they seen what Toyobaru did for Toyota and Subaru, and they want a piece of that. They could even go for a GTE version, following's BMW's example, with a similar sized car.

I think a sports car of this sort is likely to happen, Kia needs it.
That being said, lets not forget the history of concepts: Kee, Ray, Track'ster, Soulster, Cub, Niro, GT, Cross GT...
They show a ton of concepts for classes of cars that they don't really have, and then never make them. The GT4 would be easy, it's likely just on a version of the Genesis chassis.
